My business is an authentic Caribbean cuisine. Specializing in roties ,both Dhalpourie and paratha . All roties are served with curried potatoes and chick peas . A choice of curried chicken , beef , goat, shrimp. Other entrees are served with red bean and rice , stir fried vegetables and a choice of chicken ( curried ,stewed. Or jerk ) . Beef , goat , oxtail ,shrimp.
Other delicacies includes doubles , phlourie, aloo pies.
