The Limin’ Coconut isn’t your traditional restaurant by any means. We specialize in West Indian cuisine on top of creating fusion dishes from inspirations of the Caribbean. Since our opening in June 2015, we’ve become the fastest growing Caribbean restaurant in Hamilton providing authentic flavours and taste straight outta Trinidad & Tobago with influences from the other islands close-by. On top of that, we provide a variety of substitutes for those with dietary and health restrictions including many vegan options and gluten-free substitutes.
