Jen is a Polish/Puerto Rican from Detroit and Tyler is a European mutt from Atlanta. After years of cooking and dreaming about owning a food business, they decided to make it happen sooner than later. By merging the food from Jen’s cultures, the Polarican was born.

The Polarican will be serving pirogies (Polish dumplings) filled with delicious Puerto Rican Food during select dates at the 2015 Downtown Salt Lake Farmer’s Market. Stay tuned for dates. We can’t wait to meet you!
