I am the son of a very good cook Haitian who was the chef and restaurant owner in Haiti, or all my friends, family and many others came to eat every day; moreover this is where me and my little brother did our first experience in a kitchen. My family moved to Quebec with all these good old recipes that come directly from our Grandmother, for the benefit of the Haitian community and Quebec.
