Señor Pan started out as a sandwich shop run by a young couple. It first opened its doors on May 12th, 2008. At that time it was the only Cuban sandwich shop with a spacious eating area and authentic Cuban cuisine. Shortly afterwards the owners added Cuban entrees to the menu. What was planned to be an extra to the already marvelous sandwiches turned out to be a fantastic idea.
