We serve, Trinidadian style: calaloo or kallaloo, caramelized-brown stew chicken, Masala curry chicken, and fresh baked roti. Jamaican style: jerk chicken (hot & spicy), oxtail stew with carrots, vegetarian red bean soup with dumplings, carrots & potatoes, curry goat, and curry chickpeas & potatoes. Southern style: baked macaroni & cheese, oven baked chicken, vegetarian collard greens, candied yams and Sisters baked flat cornbread. Also on the menu is: sautéed codfish (Spanish bacalao), salmon and red snapper with special fish sauce. On occasions Sisters offers southern fried chicken, fried fish and potato salad.
