At Rancho Mofongo we specialize in Mofongo, a dish with Puerto Rican origins made with a twist by our Dominican chef. Mofongo, made with plantains that are mashed together in our pilón (a wooden mortar and pestle) imported all the way from the south of the Dominican Republic; is made with a variety of fillings and sauces such as our house special “Mofongo con Haiva” A Mofongo with seafood stuffed crab and a tomato cream sauce. This is not your typical Mofongo and we invite you to come and give it a try.

Although Mofongo is our specialty, we have a variety of Latin/Caribbean dishes with Italian influences and pasta dishes as well. Our chef, Ramon; has been cooking since childhood and puts the quality of food above all else. Serving Latin Caribbean fusion dishes is a passion we hope to share with our customers.
