After running a parking lot several years in midtown, I finally decided it was time “to go into business by myself” and I created Emergency Snack Bar. A smoothie and Sandwich spot with a sense of humor.

With help from my stepfather, who worked in food service for many years, I am able to bring you: personal pizzas, sandwiches of all kinds, California style burritos, burgers, empanadas, wraps, mofongos, yaroas, grilled salads, and our famous specialty, the Dominican Hot Dog which I invite you to try at any time.
