The Island Grill represents a “reasonably priced” hotel restaurant offering Steak and Seafood with a “Tropical Twist”. Our Prime Rib Special at $14.95 was voted Best Prime Rib in the Valley! Other customer favorites include Sweet Potato French Fries, Da Plane, Da Plane Island Burger, Bamboo Pork Chops with a Mango Chutney, Somozas, Kumu Beef Rolls and Calamari Rings. We are known for our salads. The Jerk Caesar with grilled chicken or prawns, the Volcano BBQ Beef Salad and the Caribbean Chicken Salad are fresh and zesty. Steak and Lobster, Coconut Fish, Cura Cao Chicken (sautéed in brandy) and Jamaican Baby Back Ribs and many more entrees are phenomenal and “reasonably priced.”
