No stranger to Latin cuisine, Philip is the founder and owner of San Francisco culinary institution Cha Cha Cha. Over the years, he has launched many favorite neighborhood eateries, including The Corner, Boogaloos. Bitterroot, Spaghetti Western and also Nightbreak, a celebrated alternative music venue.
