Borinquen Soul began cooking and serving authentic Puerto Rican food during Monday Night Football events at bars and other similar venues throughout the Bay Area. They envisioned a dream of becoming entrepreneurs and owning the first authentic Puerto Rican Food truck in the Bay Area. The excitement of experiencing their dream come to fruition has increasingly motivated Christopher and Eric to grow Borinquen Soul into a vast and established brand which includes restaurants, other food trucks, mobile catering and franchise opportunities.
