Necole Hines, is the brain child behind Wings n Tings; a Caribbean food business specializing in Jamaican Jerk wings and Caribbean inspired sides.

Inspired by her Mother’s mouth-watering spicy chicken, Necole has incorporated those flavours to her authentic “original jerk” recipe. Although Necole uses traditional Jamaican spices in her cooking, she has fused some non-traditional flavours, (like maple syrup, honey, sweet chili & bbq) with the “original jerk” ultimately giving you a unique tropical experience.

Committed to using fresh ingredients and local produce, Wings n Tings supports local farmers and producers such as Top of the Mountain Beef, Regina’s Fine Meats, Chinook Honey Farm and Chongo’s Produce Market.
