Jerks of The Caribbean is a catering and mobile food truck company specializing in Caribbean influenced cuisine based out of the DC/MD/VA area. All of our meats are slow roasted in our rotisserie oven right on the premises and marinated with imported spices. Coated with our signature sauce our meats have a flavor all their own.
